Do you make racks in custom sizes?
Yes. Specifications that cannot be met by our extensive selection of racks can be made to order. As each order is unique, extra lead time, a professional consultation or down payment may be necessary to complete the order. For obvious reasons, outside of manufacturer defect custom products may not be returned after purchase.
What finish colors do you offer?
Wine Racks America-made products are available in oak, cherry, walnut, burgundy, grey and black stains as well as a beautiful secondary satin finish.
Will your wine racks hold all bottle sizes?
Yes. Across our various wood and metal product lines you will find racking options for all bottle sizes and styles including 350ml splits, all 750ml bottle styles, 1.5L magnum and champagne bottles, 3L jeroboams and up to 6L collector bottles. As we like to say “we never met a a bottle we couldn’t rack”.
Do I put the racks together myself?
Depending on the products you purchase, some assembly may be required.
How long does assembly take?
You should budget approximately 10-30 minutes for assembling any Wine Racks America wood product. Other products may require some assembly and may also include the extra steps of mounting products to a wall or other surface. Most products at our web site include a link to the Owner’s manual or assembly guide, where you will find manufacturer recommendations and best practices.

Lead times can differ based on the product types and quantities in your order.

What is your return policy?
All of our products have our 30-day money back guarantee. You can return products for any reason. The product must be returned unaltered by the customer, and in the original packaging. Items will be assessed a restocking fee of 10% to 25% depending on the product’s manufacturer. Items that are returned in unsaleable condition are not eligible for a refund. Customers are responsible for shipping costs on returned merchandise.
