Wine Racks America Email Sign-Up $500 Gift Card Giveaway – Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning. Void where prohibited.

Eligibility

The Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C., age 18 or older at the time of entry. Employees of Wine Racks America, Inc. (the “Sponsor”), affiliated companies, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies, suppliers, and immediate family/household members of each are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

Agreement to Rules

By entering, you agree to be unconditionally bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.

Sweepstakes Periods

The Sweepstakes runs on a monthly basis, with four (12) entry periods each calendar year:

  • Q1: January 1 – March 31

  • Q2: April 1 – June 30

  • Q3: July 1 – September 30

  • Q4: October 1 – December 31

All online entries must be received by 11:59 PM MT on the final day of each quarter.

How to Enter

  • Primary Method: Enter by signing up for emails through Sponsor’s website at WineRacksAmerica.com.

  • Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE): Email marketing@wineracksamerica.com with the subject line “Quarterly Giveaway Entry.” Include your full name, city/state, and a valid return email.

Limit one (1) entry per person per quarter regardless of method. Duplicate entries, automated entries, or entries not in compliance with these rules may be disqualified.

Prize

  • One (1) winner per quarter will receive a $500 Wine Racks America digital gift card valid on wood wine racks only from the following collections: (ARV: $500).

    • InstaCellar™
    • Living Series™
    • GrandCellar™

  • No cash or prize substitution is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

  • Prize is non-transferable. All taxes and any additional costs associated with the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Odds

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received each quarter.

Winner Selection and Notification

  • One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor within three (3) business days after the close of each quarter.

  • Winner will be notified via email within two (2) business days of selection.

  • The winner must reply within seven (7) business days to confirm and claim the prize. If the winner does not claim the prize in the required timeframe, the prize may be forfeited and not awarded.

Sponsor is not responsible for email notifications blocked, misdirected, or undeliverable due to filters, spam settings, or incorrect information.

Rights Granted

By entering, you grant Sponsor the right, where permitted by law, to use your name, city/state, likeness, and statements about the Giveaway for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

Terms

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or cancel the Sweepstakes in the event of fraud, technical failures, or other causes that impair the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway. Any attempt to tamper with or undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway may result in disqualification and possible legal action.

By entering, you agree to receive occasional marketing emails from Sponsor. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email.

Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, and representatives from any liability, claims, or damages arising directly or indirectly from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance/use of the prize.

Disputes

This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Utah and the United States, without respect to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Utah County, Utah.

For the name of the quarterly winner, send an email to marketing@wineracksamerica.com with the subject line: “Quarterly Giveaway Winner List Request.”
