Superior Protection
WineSafe™, formulated with our proprietary water-based recipe, is low in VOCs, free from odors, and environmentally friendly. Unlike chemical-based alternatives, our water-based solution doesn't penetrate deeply into the wood, ensuring the protection of your valuable wine collection. If you choose to customize your wooden racks with one of our exclusive color stains, we highly recommend applying our specially crafted WineSafe clear coat sealant. This ensures the safeguarding and preservation of your chosen stain hue, maintaining its color integrity throughout the entire duration of wine storage.

InstaCellar™ FAQ's
What materials are the InstaCellar™ wine racks made of?
To make our InstaCellar™ Wine Rack Collection, we source Ponderosa Pine from the Pacific Northwest, Premium Redwood from managed forests in California and Oregon and Grand Mahogany from FSC certified plantations in South America.
Can the size and design of the InstaCellar wine racks be customized to accommodate my specific space?
Yes. Specifications that cannot be met by our extensive selection of racks can be made to order. As each order is unique, extra lead time, a professional consultation or down payment may be necessary to complete the order. For obvious reasons, outside of manufacturer defect custom products may not be returned after purchase.
What finish stain colors are offered for the InstaCellar™ collection wine racks?
Wine Racks America-made products are available in oak, cherry, walnut, burgundy, grey and black stains as well as a beautiful secondary satin finish.
Does the InstaCellar™ racks keep the cork wet?
Yes. All wine racking available at Wine Racks America is designed to store the bottle at such an angle that the cork stays wet at all times.
Will the InstaCellar™ wine racks hold all bottle sizes?
Yes. Across our various wood and metal product lines you will find racking options for all bottle sizes and styles including 350ml splits, all 750ml bottle styles, 1.5L magnum and champagne bottles, 3L jeroboams and up to 6L collector bottles. As we like to say “we never met a a bottle we couldn’t rack”.
Are the InstaCellar™ wine racks easy to assemble, and do they come with installation instructions?
Depending on the products you purchase, some assembly may be required.
Expect to spend about 10-30 minutes assembling any Wine Racks America wood product. Some other products may also require assembly and mounting to a wall or surface. For most products on our website, we provide a link to the Owner’s manual or assembly guide. This guide offers manufacturer recommendations and best practices that can be of great help.
