Wine Racks America offers a 30 day money back guarantee on most purchases made through our store. Money back period begins on the date of delivery, during which time you can return your order for any reason*. Wine Racks America wood products (InstaCellar, CellarVue, Living Series and Retail Edge Series) will be assessed a restocking fee of 10%**. Outside of returns due to manufacturer error, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Wine Racks America reserves the right to refuse refunds on returned items that are past 30 days, items that have been assembled, used extensively, damaged or abused to the point that the item cannot be resold.
* All sales on custom products are final. Money Back Guarantee does not cover custom made products. Money Back Guarantee does not cover any alterations or modifications made to products post-shipment. Wine Racks America may, at its discretion, repair or replace custom made items as stipulated by the Manufacturer‘s Lifetime Warranty. Wine Racks America LED products are guaranteed for six months from the date of purchase. Customers may request an exchange or a refund of defective products within that period. Conditions of exchange or return will be the same as stated above.
** A 20% restocking fee will be applied to returned items purchased through Amazon, Houzz, eBay or certain other web-commerce partners that charge Wine Racks America a non-refundable fee to sell our products.
Products sold by Wine Racks America but manufactured by a third party (cooling systems, fridges, metal wine racks, wine cellar flooring, etc.) are subject to the return policies and restocking fees determined by each manufacturer. Fees range from 10% to 25% depending on the type of product. These fees are necessary to recover part of our operating expenses while maintaining exceptional customer service. All returned merchandise requires a Return Authorization Number (RA#) issued by the manufacturer. You must fill out a return authorization request form to receive your RA# with instructions on where to return your items.
