At Wine Racks America, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. That’s why we offer a lifetime warranty on all Living Series, InstaCellar, and Grand Cellar wine racks for the original owner.
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Please note:

Accessories are not covered under this warranty.

Stains, finishes, and clear coat applications are considered cosmetic and are not included in the lifetime warranty, as wear and variation over time is normal.
If a defect is found, we will:

Provide replacement parts needed for repair, or

Replace the product with a comparable item.
Replacement parts or products will:

Be new or serviceably used

Match the function and performance of the original
-
Be covered for the remainder of the original warranty period
