Display top wine racks hold between 8 and 120 bottles, depending on the size you choose. Thanks to their modular design, you can line up multiple racks side by side to create a much larger display.

This flexibility is ideal for growing collections or commercial wine display layouts that need efficient, expandable storage. For example, placing three 10-column by 12-row racks side by side along a wall provides storage for 360 bottles in a footprint of just 11 feet (wide).

What’s the difference between display top racks and display row wine racks?

Display top wine storage racks feature horizontal storage below a single angled display shelf—perfect for showcasing featured bottles while keeping the rest organized.

Display row wine racks, by contrast, include horizontal bottle storage both above and below the display row. If you want a clean look without storage above the display row, display top wine racks are a great option.

Our wine display stands are available in four premium wood species: premium redwood, knotty alder, ponderosa pine, and grand mahogany. Each wine rack display with top has a unique grain pattern that comes through on the wine racks, even with stain.

What stain options are available for the display top wine racks?

Our wine bottle display top racks are available in five low-VOC WineSafe™ stains: oak, cherry, walnut, black, and greywash. You can also leave the wood unfinished or add a satin sealant to preserve its natural appearance.

These eco-friendly, water-based stains enhance the wood’s grain without releasing harmful fumes that can contaminate your wine. We apply stains by hand in our workshop to ensure uniform quality and durability.

Does the display top work with Champagne or magnum bottles?

The wine bottle display top racks on this page are designed for standard 750ml bottles. However, these modular racks work seamlessly with other InstaCellar products.

You can mix these wood wine displays with bins and cubes built for splits, Bordeaux, magnums, or large Champagne bottles. This gives you the flexibility to tailor your cellar or retail setup to the types of wine you collect or sell.
