Products must be unassembled and in sellable condition.

Returns must be authorized with a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Submit a return request to support@wineracksamerica.com to receive your RA# and return instructions.

Restocking Fees
A 25% restocking fee applies to the following:

Wood products, including GrandCellar™, InstaCellar™, Living Series™, and other wood collections

Items purchased through third-party platforms (e.g., Amazon, Houzz, eBay)
Shipping Costs

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, unless the return is due to our error or a product defect.

For damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to resolve the issue promptly.
Custom & Third-Party Products

Custom-made products are non-refundable. All sales are final.

Third-party items (cooling systems, metal wine racks, fridges, etc.) follow the return policies and restocking fees of their respective manufacturers—typically 25%.

Altered or modified items post-shipment are not eligible for return or refund.
Important Exceptions
Wine Racks America reserves the right to deny refunds under the following conditions:

Items returned after 30 days

Items that have been assembled, installed, damaged, or show excessive use
