Christian Hancock

Christian has a wealth of experience in process management, holding an MBA degree, and boasting 25 years of sales expertise. He has been a valuable leader at Wine Racks America for 15 of those years. His enthusiasm and drive are unmatched, ensuring a positive contribution. Outside of work, Christian loves to ski, mountain bike, backpack, and explore new places with his wife and three kids.

CONTROLLER

Nathan Cash

Meet Nathan, a versatile Controller at Wine Racks America with a Master’s in Accounting from the University of Utah. With a manufacturing background of 12 years, he's evolved from an inventory specialist to a controller, skillfully intertwining accounting knowledge with system design expertise. During his downtime, he's an avid hiker, biker, family enthusiast, and baseball aficionado.

Sr. Marketing Director

Keren Medvedev

Growth-focused marketing leader with deep expertise in eCommerce, digital strategy, brand development, and innovation. She shapes end-to-end customer journeys, from positioning and messaging to performance marketing, lifecycle email, and conversion optimization, while keeping the brand consistent, premium, and customer-first. Known for blending creative storytelling with metrics-driven execution, she builds scalable marketing systems and tests new ideas that drive revenue growth, strengthen brand equity, and improve the buying experience. She holds a MS in Digital Marketing from Rutgers Business School. When she’s not working, she’s usually spending time with her family, exploring great food and wine, or finding inspiration in design, travel, and culture.

Jamie Olsen

Drawing on a wealth of expertise acquired over 12 years in product development, sourcing, and merchandising, Jamie has traversed diverse industries including fitness and furniture before joining the team at Wine Racks America to lead our product development team. Off the clock, she's all about quality time with her loved ones - whether it's basking in the great outdoors or cheering her kids on in their athletic escapades.

Hayden Taylor

Born and raised in Dallas, TX, Hayden brings a unique healthcare-rooted perspective to his role. His experience spans Physical Therapy Clinic Director, Adjunct College Professor, and healthcare technology sales, shaping a people-first approach to every relationship. With a strong understanding of client needs and a passion for thoughtful solutions, he blends strategic insight with genuine care in all that he does. Outside of work, Hayden enjoys spending time with his family, hanging out with his dog, and watching football.

Rori Chandler

Born and raised in Salt Lake City. With a background spanning customer service, warranty administration, design, remodeling, business ownership, and B2B/B2C sales, she had seen the industry from every angle. That perspective helps her anticipate challenges, find solutions, and create spaces that truly work for people. The best part? No two projects are the same. Every day challenges her creativity and pushes her to learn something new.
