Eligibility
The promotion is valid on eligible InstaCellar™ products purchased directly from Wine Racks America between September 12, 2026 and September 30, 2026.
The promotion applies to qualifying purchases made through WineRacksAmerica.com and qualifying InstaCellar™ orders placed with a Wine Racks America sales or design representative during the promotional period.
Discount
Eligible InstaCellar™ merchandise will receive a 10% discount from the applicable regular selling price.
The discount applies to qualifying InstaCellar™ merchandise only and does not apply to taxes, shipping or delivery charges, or other fees.
The promotion has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or a gift card.
Promotional Period
Orders must be placed during the promotional period to qualify.
Orders placed before September 12, 2026 at 9am MT or after September 30, 2026 at 11:59pm MT are not eligible for the promotional discount.
The promotion cannot be applied retroactively to previously placed orders or purchases.
Other Discounts and Pricing Programs
Unless expressly authorized by Wine Racks America, this promotion cannot be combined with other promotional offers, coupon codes, discounts, special pricing, dealer pricing, trade pricing, wholesale pricing, or other negotiated discounts.
If an order qualifies for more than one promotion or discount, Wine Racks America reserves the right to apply the offer it determines to be applicable to the order.
Design-Assisted Orders
Customers may use Wine Racks America's complimentary wine cellar design services during the promotional period.
Receiving a consultation, design, rendering, proposal, or quote does not by itself guarantee promotional pricing. The qualifying InstaCellar™ order must be placed within the promotional period to receive the 10% discount.
Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations
Purchases made during this promotion remain subject to Wine Racks America's standard return, exchange, cancellation, warranty, and sales policies.
Any refund issued for a promotional purchase will be based on the actual amount paid after the promotional discount and will remain subject to any applicable restocking fees, return shipping costs, or other terms contained in Wine Racks America's return policy.
Products that are considered special-order, customized, altered, or otherwise non-returnable under Wine Racks America's standard policies remain subject to those restrictions regardless of this promotion.
Availability
All products are subject to availability. Product availability, configurations, finishes, lead times, and estimated delivery dates may vary.
Promotional pricing does not guarantee that an order will ship or be delivered during the promotional period.
Errors and Misuse
Wine Racks America reserves the right to cancel, refuse, or adjust any order resulting from pricing errors, technical errors, unauthorized use of promotional pricing, fraud, or misuse of the promotion.
Modification or Termination
Wine Racks America reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law.
Any modification will not affect qualifying orders that have already been accepted by Wine Racks America prior to the effective time of the change.
