The perfect cool cocktail for a warm summer evening.
- Dissolve the sugar in the lemon juice in a large red wine glass. Add the soda and ice, and top with wine. Give it a gentle stir, and garnish with the orange slice.
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 oz soda water
- Orange slice
- 4 oz chilled Cabernet Sauvignon
Rose Punch
Keep it fresh and light with this citrusy concoction.
- Add all ingredients, except the sparkling water and fruit, to a tall glass filled with ice and give it a good stir. Add the citrus wedges and strawberry, and top with sparking water.
- ½ oz Campari
- 1 lemon wedge
- 1 sliced strawberry
- 2 oz sparkling water
- 3 oz chilled Rose
- 1 grapefruit wedge
- ½ oz fresh lemon juice
- ½ oz simple syrup
White Wine Mojito
What's one of the best ways to tickle the tongue this summer? Fresh mint and lime!
- Muddle lime wedges, mint leaves, and agave syrup in a shaker. Add wine and ice, and give it a good shake. Pour into a stemmed goblet and top with club soda and slice of lime.
- 6 fresh mint leaves
- 1 tsp. Agave syrup
- 4 oz chilled club soda
- 2 lime wedges
- 4 oz chilled Sauvignon Blanc

Strawberry Basil Moscato Lemonade
What tastes more like summer than strawberry lemonade?
- Combine ingredients, except for the wine in a blender. Strain over a tall glass filled with ice and add the wine on top.
- 1 sprig basil
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 4 strawberries
- 6 oz chilled Moscato
- 1 tsp sugar
Aperol Spritz
A bubbly Italian cocktail classic - it’s summer on the Mediterranean in a cool glass!
- Add the orange slice and ice to a tall glass. Pour in the wine, followed by Aperol. Top with club soda.

- 3 oz Aperol
- 3 oz chilled dry Prosecco
- 1 oz club soda
Summer Sangria
There is no better way to celebrate summer with friends and family than an ice-cold pitcher of sangria.
Red Wine Sangria
- Make the wine, orange juice, brandy, and sugar in a large pitcher. Stir in fruit. Refrigerate until it’s time to get the party started (about 2 hours). Before serving, top with seltzer.
- 1 bottle of red wine (Pinot Noir, Merlot or CAbernet Sauvignon)
- 8 oz orange juice
- 1 sliced orange
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 4 oz brandy
- 1 sliced apple
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
White Wine Sangria
- Mix together Grand Marnier, mango, strawberries, peach and sugar, then refrigerate for an hour. Transfer mixture to a large pitcher, and add the orange, lime and apple slices. Stir in the white wine and seltzer, and enjoy!
- 1 bottle chilled dry white wine (Pinot Grigio, Sauvignon Blanc, Verdejo, or a dry Riesling)

- 1 sliced orange
- 1 cubed mango
- 1 sliced lime

- 2 oz rum
- 1 oz coconut cream
