This stunning rustic wine cellar combines the natural warmth of oak-stained wood wine racks with the timeless beauty of stone walls and flooring. Designed to hold nearly 400 bottles, the layout maximizes both form and function with a mix of standard rack bottle storage, diamond bins for bulk storage, and angled display rows to showcase special vintages.

A decanting station framed with an arch opening creates a focal point, perfect for highlighting feature bottles and decanting wine. The cellar’s stonework provides a naturally insulated environment, while also positioned in a basement away from any natural light, high traffic zones, and major temperature fluctuations, allowing for the reduced need for a cooling system to be integrated specifically for the wine cellar.

Our wine cellar design team worked closely with the homeowner to bring their vision to life, creating a rustic basement wine cellar that still feels refined.
