Core Responsibilities:

  • Outbound sales activities: initiate contact with potential new customers and generate and convert qualified leads.
  • Work daily lead flows, prospect new potential partners and revenue streams in the industry, and maintain a high conversion rate.
  • Drives revenue growth by consistently assisting the revenue team with their sales opportunities with client accounts and prospect accounts.
  • Facilitate the development of wine cellar designs, by collaborating with customers, Wine Cellar Specialists, and the cellar design team.
  • Maintain a detailed knowledge of WRA product lines, unique value propositions, and advantages that set us apart from competitors.
  • Cross-functional team collaboration; Work effectively with other WRA departments, including marketing, design services, finance, customer service, and product development.
  • Utilize selling tools and systems (like Salesforce CRM) to drive business & hit performance goals.
  • Deliver monthly and annual individual sales objectives in support of company growth goals.Identify actions to improve sales performance and business growth.

Critical Skills and Experience:

  • Relevant sales experience in a comparable industry is preferred (home furnishing/improvement, manufacturing, and/or construction), but not required.
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a high sense of urgency.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to act independently.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook. Basic knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.
  • Solid team player with a sense of ownership, and pride in performance and its related impact on a company’s success.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Inclusive and collaborative work environment
  • Competitive salary and incentive compensation package. OTE = $55,000-60,000 (Base pay: $35k + estimated commission: $20k-25k). Uncapped commissions.
