Here’s how it works:
- Purchase: Make a qualifying purchase online or through our Cellar Design Services.
- Submit Proof of Purchase: Submit your original dated sales receipt and completed rebate form online or by mail to VintageView Rebate, 4690 Joliet St., Denver, Co 80239. Rebate request must be received by Dec. 31, 2024.
- Receive Rebate: Upon verification of your purchase, you will receive an American Express® Reward Card via mail within 4-6 weeks. The rebate amount will vary depending on the purchase price of VintageView wine racks only.

- $10 American Express® Reward Card on $100 or more
- $25 American Express® Reward Card on $250+
